Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Entry Level Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate our company's message and brand identity. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop designs for various print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our brand identity
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print and digital
- Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs
- Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
- Develop layouts and designs for website graphics and other digital content
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs
- Passion for design and staying updated on industry trends and techniques
- Previous experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not required
