Job Description: WFH Online Chat Representative at 3 Leaf Realty Inc

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide online chat support to potential clients answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in navigating the 3 Leaf Realty Inc. website and online resources.
  • Engage with customers to understand their real estate needs and direct them to the appropriate resources or agents.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all interactions with clients.
  • Collect client information accurately and input it into the system for follow-up.
• Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent written communication skills to effectively engage with clients in an online chat setting.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain patient and attentive to customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate terms and processes to assist clients effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple chat windows while providing accurate information.
• Desired Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with property search websites is a plus.
• Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $24000 - $65000 per year
