Are you an experienced plumbing professional with a passion for leadership and quality workmanship? We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Manager to lead our service and installation teams. Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/Year + Bonus potential

What You'll Do:

  • Empower Your Team: You'll spend most of your time in the field, actively leading and coaching your team to perform top-tier plumbing services and installations.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage team schedules, coordinate equipment, and analyze job expenses to ensure projects are staged correctly, run smoothly, and stay on budget.

  • Champion Customer Satisfaction: Show technicians how to build strong customer rapport and quickly and favorably resolve any complaints.

  • Uphold Our Standards: Set clear expectations for every job, ensuring all work complies with safety and local plumbing codes, and conduct training to guarantee high-quality results.

  • Promote Our Brand: Inspire enthusiasm and brand loyalty during team meetings and one-on-ones, making sure every technician understands their role in upholding our brand promise.
