• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Mexico (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38.66 - $60.00 per hour
