What You'll Do

As a bartender at BTW’s, you’re not just serving — you’re carefully crafting drinks with attention to detail, respect for ingredients, and pride in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with accuracy, care, and consistency
• Confidently execute both classic and in-house craft cocktail recipes
• Provide a high level of hospitality to bar and restaurant guests
• Manage bar setup, restocking, and closing to keep operations smooth and efficient
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Handle POS transactions and bar tabs accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all guests meet legal drinking age requirements
• Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams
• Stay informed on drink trends and contribute to menu development

What You Bring

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail bar or quality-driven environment
• A deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and bar techniques
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Must be proactive, organized, and a team player
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
