Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in account management and customer relationship building. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, showcasing excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn about our products and services.
Responsibilities
Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts
Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates
Participate in the preparation of sales presentations
Conduct market research to identify potential clients
Support the development and implementation of account strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
