Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
Complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year.
Knowledgeable in operating an efficient, cost-effective food service program.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
