Job description
The Director of Rehabilitation oversees rehabilitation services, supports the clinical team through direct patient care, and mentors staff while prioritizing patient needs.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline, licensure as required in their state, thorough knowledge of Medicare billing, good communication skills, and ability to make independent decisions. They must be able to positively interact with patients and staff while effectively managing resources.
