We're looking for passionate, high-energy sales talent to join the Cometeer team at our newest retail kiosk location. If you're confident, conversational, and driven to succeed, this is your opportunity to join the coffee revolution, and earn some serious commissions while you're at it.

At Cometeer, we're transforming how people experience coffee. This isn't tech disguised as coffee, we're coffee people using real innovation to make something we all love, even better. We partner with some of the world's best coffee roasters, like George Howell, Onyx, Counter Culture, and Birch. Then using our patented brewing and extraction process developed alongside engineers from MIT, we brew the coffee to perfection bringing out every note of flavor in the beans, and then when the coffee reaches peak flavor, it's flash-frozen for your convenience . Now all you have to do is melt it, sip it and enjoy it. No fancy machines. No complicated brewing methods, No long lines at the coffee shop, No Waste and No Bitter Taste.

We've grown our Mall Kiosk Sales Team, and our next stop is Scottsdale Fashion Square . We're building a team of driven, outgoing sales reps who are ready to level up, whether that means kickstarting a career, building sales skills, or just doing something they actually believe in. What You'll Do as a Coffee Sales Representative

This isn't your average retail gig. You'll be front and center, transforming how shoppers think about coffee. Your mission: deliver incredible samples, spark memorable conversations, and sign people up for Cometeer Memberships. 

• Guide mall guests through quick and compelling Cometeer Demos 
• Learn and develop your knowledge and skills through our own digital learning system
• Sign up new members and educate them on how Cometeer fits into their lives
• Track personal performance and earn bonuses based on your results
• Represent the Cometeer brand with confidence, style, and integrity
• Improve every week through coaching, feedback, and hands-on experience, and rise through the ranks as you grow your skill

What We're Looking For

We don't need coffee experts. We need people who can connect, communicate, and convert.

• Passion for coffee, sales, or food culture
• Experience in direct sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service
• Engaging, energetic, and approachable personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow with a team
• Available to work mall hours, including weekends

Clear Path to Growth

At Cometeer, we believe in promoting from within. Every Coffee Sales Rep starts with hands-on experience at the kiosk, and from there, the path is yours to take. Top performers are fast-tracked into Sales Leadership roles, and eventually Store Manager. If you can deliver results and lead by example, we'll give you the tools, coaching, and opportunity to grow into leadership

Schedule & Availability

Starts as a Part-Time role at Scottsdale Fashion Square
Open availability is a plus, especially evenings and weekends

Compensation & Perks:

Top performers regularly earn $1,500+/week With Hourly Pay plus Commission

Hourly Pay:

• $18/hour throughout training
• $20/hour post-training
• Eligible for monthly promotions based on performance

Commission Structure:

• 35% commission per Membership Sale
• Retention Bonus:  To reward long-term customer impact, team members earn a 5% commission bonus for every percentage point their personal retention rate exceeds 45%. This bonus is paid monthly and can effectively double your commission earnings. The more customers you help stay subscribed, the more you earn, up to a 100% bonus on your direct sales commission

What to Expect From the Hiring Process

We're moving fast, and we value people who follow directions, bring energy, and show up ready to sell.

Here's What You Can Expect:

• Apply Online – Submit your application and watch your inbox for next steps.
• Initial Virtual Interview 15 min – A quick introduction with a recruiter to align on expectations and review your sales potential or experience.
• Second Interview (Virtual) 30 min – Meet with a Regional Manager to deliver a sales pitch (we'll provide the script after your first interview) and discuss career opportunities, expectations, and long-term goals.
• Final Interview (In-Person) 30min – Meet with our Store Manager to experience the job and team firsthand, and make sure it's a strong cultural fit for both sides.

We aim to make hiring decisions within 3 to 7 days of receiving strong applications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time during shifts
