Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in vibrant Ocala, Florida.

Located in central Florida’s horse country, Ocala offers a blend of natural beauty and access to modern healthcare systems. This mission-focused nonprofit provides vital services to underserved communities and is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Certified Nurse Midwife to expand access to women's health and maternity care.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • CME: $2,500 annual reimbursement and 5 paid CME days
  • Productivity Bonus: Additional compensation available based on productivity

  • Admin Time: Up to 4 hours weekly of protected administrative time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime clinic hours with shared call coverage

Responsibilities

  • Provide prenatal, intrapartum (optional), postpartum, and routine gynecologic care
  • Collaborate with an integrated care team including physicians, APRNs, and nursing staff
  • Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, childbirth, and family planning
  • Participate in call rotation; deliveries performed at Advent Health (optional)
  • Support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with FQHC standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted APRN license in the State of Florida
  • Certified Nurse Midwife credential from the AMCB
  • DEA license and current BLS certification
  • Experience in full-scope midwifery care, preferably in underserved settings
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus
