Red Helicopter Service Inc. is seeking a professional helicopter ag pilot for the upcoming 2026 spray season. The successful applicant will be flying Robinson R44 Raven 2 and R66 helicopters.
Requirements:
- Canadian commercial helicopter pilots license/equivalent.
- 250 hrs. minimum ag-spraying experience or two years.
- 500 hrs. pilot in command minimum.
- Pesticide applicators license.
- Current aviation medical.
- Must be insurable.
- An excellent working knowledge of AG-NAV GPS systems and associated flow control devices or similar.
- Proficient in numeracy, reading, writing, and speaking English.
- A good honest attitude with integrity.
- Work in a professional manner with all individuals.
- Perform daily checks on the aircraft and ground support equipment.
- Keep work orders, job sheets, logbooks organized and up to date.
- Be available to work when conditions are conducive to aerial application.
- Maintain a current Commercial Pilots License and Provincial Aerial Pesticide Applicators License
- Perform elementary maintenance.
- Competent at task planning, organizing and decision making.
- Bodily able to perform a physically demanding job in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license (minimum class 5 or equivalent)
Beneficial assets to have or be:
- Farming background.
- R66 endorsement.
- Saskatchewan pesticide applicators license an asset.
- Other provincial aerial pesticide applicator licenses.
- Mixing/loading aerial application ground crew experience.
