We're Hiring: Wound Care Nurse (RN)! Location: Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation, Tacoma, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift |
Salary: $36.00 - $49.22 / hour

What You’ll Do: - Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites
- Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans
- Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly
- Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
What You Bring: - Current RN (WA)
- Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Skilled nursing experience a plus!
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Passion for patient care and a healing touch
