Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and efficient tool room, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Track inventory levels and assist in ordering new tools and supplies as needed.
• Inspect tools for damage and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist team members in locating and checking out tools for various projects.
• Keep accurate records of tool usage and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Provide support in training new employees on tool handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a tool room or similar environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a workshop setting.
