Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards.
  • Edit and review documents for clarity and formatting issues.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve any missing or unclear information.
  • Maintain version control and meet project deadlines.

Skills:

  • Technical writing or documentation formatting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, including templates and embedded styles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

  • Experience in technical writing or document formatting.
