Job Description

We are a growing sign company seeking a motivated Sign Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of signage, including illuminated, non-illuminated, and vinyl graphics.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a bucket truck (CDL not required) to install and service signs at various heights.
Conduct thorough site surveys to assess installation requirements and potential challenges.
Install and connect electrical components for illuminated signage.
Install a wide range of sign types, including channel letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, and more.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues onsite.
Identify and report damaged or missing sign components.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Must pass a drug test.
Proven experience in the sign industry or a mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Understanding of construction and installation techniques.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Familiarity with various sign types, substrates, and mounting methods.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams and instructions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work at heights and on ladders.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 Per Hour
