Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist and dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall search engine rankings. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, web analytics, and content optimization techniques to drive measurable results across various digital platforms.as well developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and enhancing our brand presence across digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, analytics, and content creation tools to effectively connect with our target audience and drive brand growth.
Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for targeted campaigns.
· Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings.
· Implement and manage SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics to monitor performance metrics.
· Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and backlink profiles.
· Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile responsiveness, JavaScript rendering, CSS, and other technical factors.
· Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
· Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update and optimize website pages efficiently.
· Analyze web analytics data to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Support SEM initiatives by integrating SEO efforts with paid search campaigns for maximum impact.
· Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
· Create, curate, and manage published content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
· Utilize *SEO*, *keyword research*, and *web analytics* tools like *Google Analytics* to optimize content performance.
· Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
· Design visually appealing graphics and videos using *Adobe Photoshop*, *Adobe Illustrator*, and *Adobe Creative Suite* for engaging posts.
· Schedule and publish content using tools like *Hootsuite* and *Buffer (application)* to ensure consistent posting schedules.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and foster positive relationships through effective *relationship management*.
· Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging and manage crisis communications when necessary.
· Execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing roles and social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
· Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and other industry-standard software.
· Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress.
· Experience with conversion optimization techniques and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
· Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
· Familiarity with metadata creation, keyword research methodologies, and search engine algorithms.
