About the Role

This role is a utility player in the People team, with the ability to take on both large and small project work for the People team whenever and wherever needed. They will work closely with relevant departments to align internal communications and learning initiatives with organizational goals. They geek out on the latest trends in communication and are always thinking of new and creative ways to engage our employees.

About the Work

  • Builds and runs People & Culture initiatives that span the employee lifecycle with an emphasis on change management, internal communications, performance management and learning & development.
  • Owns the strategy and execution of our quarterly engagement surveys, partnering with HR and business leaders to translate insights into strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
  • Runs corporate-wide HR Programs such as the performance review cycle, calibration sessions, and compensation reviews.
  • Designs and executes a cohesive internal communications strategy that links employees to our mission, reinforces culture, and keeps a distributed workforce — spanning remote, hybrid, and on-site teams — connected and engaged.
  • Supports the development of our People & Culture strategic roadmap, outlining key milestones and tasks to help achieve our objectives, and driving execution of the identified priorities.
  • Builds training and resources for employees and managers, tracking attendance and performance.
  • Embeds equity & inclusion into all of our practices to help ensure all of our employees feel belonging.
  • Administers and maintains People Program Tools and Systems, ensuring relevant reporting and a user-friendly experience for employees.
  • Assists in managing large scale, company-wide events.

About You

  • Bachelors degree required, ideally Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in culture strategy, employee engagement, or people analytics
  • Expertise in change management communications and guiding organizations through growth and transformation
  • Solid experience and working knowledge of major People & Culture disciplines, including: diversity, equity & inclusion, internal communications, performance management, and learning and development
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content; Ability to tailor communication for different audiences within the organization; Proficiency in storytelling
  • Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools and platforms and e-learning tools
  • Ability to flex across long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day detailed tasks, and deliver projects with an emphasis on employee experience
  • Ability to embrace change: can thrive and create your own structure in a fluid work environment
  • Maintain a contagiously positive attitude
  • Systems - experience with Rippling, Lattice, Litmos, and compensation tools strongly preferred
