Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Reconcile daily sales to settlements
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and ensuring all financial transactions within the company are accounted for
• AR and AP reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Maintain prepaid expenses and accruals
• Weekly payroll journal entries
• Assist with month-end close process
• Assist the controller as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel experience a must
• Restaurant365 or Compeat experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Able to work independently
• Must be able handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
