Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment who is confident handling month-end close and general ledger processes.

As part of the finance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of financial data, and supporting business operations through detailed analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Support cost accounting and inventory reconciliation in coordination with operations teams
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
