Registered Nurse (RN) – OASIS Reviewer
An onsite OASIS Reviewer position is available with a mission-driven home health organization in San Juan, PR. This role is ideal for an RN with strong attention to detail, deep knowledge of OASIS documentation, and a passion for clinical accuracy and compliance.
