Position: Quality Manager
Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay: $120,000/year
Experience: Proven experience managing manufacturing quality systems, supervising lab and blending operations, and serving as an ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry or a related field preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Greene Resources is seeking a Quality Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
Oversee quality control, laboratory, and blending operations at the facility.
Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory and blending personnel.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of all measuring equipment.
Develop and implement quality procedures, test methods, and documentation.
Review and make final disposition decisions on product quality.
Lead corrective actions and investigate non-conformances to improve quality performance.
Position Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal audit processes.
Ability to manage and document quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of laboratory testing concepts and chemical handling procedures.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to interact with customers on technical quality matters.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
