POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek a Vacation Rental Inspector to join our growing team. Our ideal applicant is detail-oriented, proactive, and has the ability to repair any minor issues that you find along the way. 

You’re the right person for the job if you excel in a stable and professional work environment, focused on producing high-quality and precise work with the freedom to commute to multiple locations throughout your workday. 

What will a typical day be like? 

To ensure that our properties are always guest-ready, we’ll rely on you to visit our properties either pre or post-check-in to conduct thorough inspections. During these inspections, you will identify, document, and perform any necessary preventative maintenance tasks.

As a Jack or Jill of all trades, your repair skills will be invaluable as you handle minor repairs, such as loose cabinet pulls, wobbly tables, and squeaking beds. If you find anything that needs further attention during your inspection, report it immediately to resolve it as soon as possible to avoid disrupting any reservations. 

As our “boots are on the ground,” we’ll also rely on you to ensure each property is adequately stocked, staged, and ready to welcome the next guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commute to and from properties to complete check-out and pre-check-in inspections to ensure our guests have a flawless experience. 
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair common household appliances and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. 
• Assist in staging properties before guest and owner arrivals. 
• Restock and manage property inventory. 
• Deliver needed items to guests on request. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Basic home repair and maintenance skills are necessary. 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in your work. 
• A quick learner with the ability to use apps. 
• Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Superior multitasking, decision-making, and time-management skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus! 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and achievement
