Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Executive / Contract Sales to join our esteemed team at Select Tile, Marble & Flooring. As a Project Executive / Contract Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through proactive sales initiatives and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our flooring products.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers and installation specialists, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, within the flooring or construction industry.
3-5 years’ experience in the flooring industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Deep understanding on how to estimate tile, flooring scopes.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
