Job Title: Print Production Operator

Location: Denver, CO(Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Print Production Operator with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) to manage and execute high-quality print projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all printed materials meet design specifications, brand standards, and production quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain digital and large-format printing equipment (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson, or similar).
  • Prepare, proof, and adjust artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite for print readiness.
  • Perform color corrections, prepress setup, and layout adjustments to ensure optimal output quality.
  • Manage print queues, scheduling, and production workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and vendors to ensure print specifications are met.
  • Inspect and verify print samples for accuracy, color consistency, and quality control.
  • Handle post-production tasks such as trimming, lamination, mounting, and finishing.
  • Maintain inventory of print supplies, paper, and consumables.
  • Troubleshoot printer or software-related issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 5 years of experience in print production or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Solid understanding of color management, prepress processes, and print specifications (CMYK, bleed, DPI, etc.).
  • Experience operating digital or offset printing machines and related finishing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple print jobs simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of file formats, RIP software, and print workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-format printing, packaging, or signage production.
  • Familiarity with variable data printing (VDP) and PDF workflow automation tools.
  • Knowledge of color calibration tools and ICC profiling.
