The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

Responsibilities:

Manages daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
Coordinates staff scheduling and assignments to maintain adequate coverage and efficiency.
Ensures compliance with organizations policies and basic healthcare regulations.
Supports budget tracking by monitoring expenses and reporting variances to leadership.
Facilitates communication between staff, providers, and patients to resolves routine issues.
Assists with on-boarding and training of clinic staff to maintain service standards.
Provides guidance and support staff, including performance feedback and coaching.
Serves as the primary liaison between administration, physicians, and external organizations or vendors.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare / business administration or a combination of experience and education that is relevant to the responsibilities outlined in this role.
A minimum of one year of management experience with supervision of team members operating in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Job Requirements:

Knowledge of billing and collection process and systems
