Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour (DOE)

Provided tablet for documentation & communication
PTO accrual based on hours worked and tenure
Team that appreciates you and supports you every step of the way
Perform in-home RN assessments and create care plans
Conduct caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits
Ensure care documentation is accurate and compliant
Collaborate with office staff to support client health goals
Active RN license in New Jersey
1+ years of nursing experience (geriatric experience a plus)
6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
Reliable vehicle, driver's license, and clean background
Passion for senior care and the ability to work independently
