Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as a Bartender at our  Element by Marriott North Charleston hotel. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and dishes according to company recipes and standards. Monitors bar inventory and takes appropriate action.

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment. 

• Operate and maintain various food and beverage equipment.

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred. 

• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. 

• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
