Tekberry is looking for a professional and adaptable Admin Assistant / Receptionist to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components. This is a part-time position offering 20 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on site needs. As a W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits.
ResponsibilitiesProvide general office and administrative support, including ordering supplies and coordinating meetings for site visitors.
Manage visitor access control systems and assist with site security protocols.
Perform data entry in corporate systems for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Corporate Sustainability/ESG reporting.
Support new hire onboarding processes and assist with orientation logistics.
Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and other team members as needed.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk/reception area.
Anticipate business needs and proactively plan for fluctuating site support requirements.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
Experience: 2 3 years in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated success building relationships and collaborating across teams.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to adjust workdays as needed based on site operations.
