Schedule: 24/7 365 operation; 56 hours guaranteed biweekly
Job Summary
The Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. The role supports field and maintenance crews by preparing equipment for operations and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report issues or deviations.
Ensure individual and crew safety at all times.
Prepare equipment during rig-up and rig-down activities.
Operate equipment aligned with competency level and job requirements.
Follow HSE policies and wear required PPE.
Maintain all required safety training.
Requirements
No experience required; experience in oil & gas is preferred.
NEST, ZIP, and MVT/HVT certifications required.
DOT qualification required (CDL not required).
