Job Description

1. Source, attract, and recruit candidates for non-technical positions through multiple channels
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates
3. Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
6. Develop job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
7. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, staffing agencies, and other recruitment sources
8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws
9. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring status
10. Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
