This store location is not open yet!! Anticipated opening date is in summer of 2026. Location will be at 12 mile and Telegraph in Southfield. We are looking to build experienced managers for the grand opening. In order to do so, we need people who can train at our other locations in Livonia and Rochester Hills. This is a hands on position, training will start as soon as able to, it will be paid and full time .

Culver's is a beloved brand that started in 1984 with the opening of our first restaurant in Sauk City, Wisconsin. Since then, we have been serving our famous ButterBurgers® and delicious Frozen Custard. But it's not just about the food, it's about the people. Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and well-trained. As a Manager at Culver's, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and work in a fun and loving environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of talented individuals
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
• Manage inventory and control costs

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends
• High school degree or equivalent

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
