This on-site, contract position is based in Sisseton and is perfect for healthcare professionals looking to make an impact in a supportive community setting.

As a Locum NP/PA, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive family medical care, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare providers. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing or relevant field
• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Experience in Family Medicine or primary care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Schedule: Weekdays (8 to 10-hour shifts) and weekends (1p-5p)

Patient Volume: ~16 per day

Patient Population: All ages

Cases: Primary care, including minor surgical illness treatment, urgent care, etc.

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Any active, unrestricted U.S. license accepted

Paid travel & expenses
