Salary: $79,040 - 83,200 per year Requirements:
- I am seeking candidates with 3–5+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Must be proficient in C#, React, and TypeScript.
- A strong understanding of front-end design, responsive layouts, and UX/UI principles is essential.
- Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Directus, is desired.
- Familiarity with Azure deployment workflows is a plus, with Netlify experience being advantageous.
- Proven capability to lead technical initiatives or mentor junior developers is necessary.
- A portfolio or work samples that showcase real-world website projects is required.
Responsibilities: - I will have you develop and maintain front-end components using React, TypeScript, and C#.
- You will build and structure content within a CMS, preferably Directus.
- Overseeing deployment workflows using Azure (preferred) and Netlify is part of your role.
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams to produce responsive, high-quality layouts will be key.
- You will need to optimize site performance, caching, and SEO for improved visibility and speed.
- Leading and mentoring junior developers, as well as documenting best practices and coding standards, will be expected.
- Managing cross-team integrations involving marketing tools, analytics, and APIs is also part of the job.
- Ensuring consistency across devices, browsers, and user experiences will be your responsibility.

This position is based in Apopka, Florida, with the possibility to adopt a partially remote work model, ideally suited for those willing to work on-site when required. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, including a one-hour lunch break. I am offering a full-time role with compensation ranging from $38 to $40 per hour, dependent on your experience.
