We are growing our team, and looking for a professional cabinet installers, to grow with this us!

As a company we are organized and cutting edge and need staff that care and have passion in what we do and how we do it. We specialise in commercial casework and cabinetry and countertops, and serve high end clients such as medical, assisted living facitilities, lawyers offices etc.

As a talented installer you will have the tools to do an A+ job. Our clients expect the finest of details, and the job should always be a sharp clean install.

We are a drug free shop and require clean driving records and background checks.

Responsibilities:

• Load and Unload 24ft Trucks and drive to jobsites within Florida, for occasional out of town work (hotels and meals and travel expense paid for by the company).
• Read shop drawings and cross sections and floor plans to install casework with precision and quality, 100% caulk ed level and plumb.
• Maintain Company Tools and Trucks and all company assets.
• Ability to plan ahead, in terms of time required to finish.
• Self generate internal punch lists, and time required to complete.
• Excellant Communication skills, using pictures and emails and whatsapp to liase with our design team to help problem solve field errors.
• To create shop list with dimensions and colors of items that need to be fabricated, ready for install.
• To be a quality advisor in the shop of items that need to be fixed once staged i.e not ready for installation.
• Team Player, can do attitude, problem solver.

We specialise in commercial casework and cabinetry and countertops, and serve high end clients such as hospitals, medical, assisted living facitilities, lawyers offices, government buildings etc. We have highly trained and knowledgeable Estimators, Project Managers, Design Engineers, Cabinet Makers and Installers. We have an 8,000 sqft Manufacturing Shop, with Cabinet Makers, CNC Operaters, and Installers - that operate CNC machines, Edge Banders, Table Saws and Work Benches to fabricate custom casework. Our Installers have 24ft trucks and work vans equipped with Cordless Tools to enable installation of everything we build. We have a 2,000 sqft Design Office that operate with the CAD software, On screen estimating take off software, and Project Management Software.
