Work with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
Research, curate, and build custom itineraries based on their needs
Manage reservations for flights, accommodations, excursions, and transportation
Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and destination updates
Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing support before and during travel
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with vendors and clients
