We're seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience for our Immigration business unit. This position is open in Austin, Collin County, Detroit, or Washington, DC. Ideal candidates will have strong employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, Es, O-1s, L-1s, and TNsalong with a willingness to work on all types of business immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities
Assess visa options and manage the full immigration lifecycle for business clients
Assign, track, and supervise cases coordinating with client contacts and internal support teams
Conduct regular status calls and ensure timely deliverables
Mentor and manage junior associates, paralegals, and support staff
Qualifications
6+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Proven track record liaising with clients and managing their immigration portfolios
Exceptional advocacy, research, and writing skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 $130,000 annually (full-time; commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
