Candidate must possess a penchant for organization and structure, high-level cooking and bread baking skills, ability to lead and teach the team in a busy setting, while remaining level-headed and pragmatic. If you have worked as a sous chef or kitchen manager previously this may be the position for you. You will work directly under the Executive chef and collaboration and menu development will certainly be part of the position.
