Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Environmental Safety and Health Manager to support our satellite production facilities in Midland/Odessa, Texas. This position will focus on occupational safety and health programs, including regulatory compliance and injury prevention.
Key Responsibilities - Review and interpret existing and proposed EHS regulations to determine applicability and impact on operations; assist with implementation of EHS programs to ensure compliance.
- Partner with site leadership to continuously improve the culture, awareness, and accountability in support of EHS programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance, injury prevention, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct audits, industrial hygiene (IH) sampling, ergonomic assessments, and safety inspections.
- Create and update Job Hazard Analyses.
- Participate in tooling design and project reviews; provide regulatory requirements and recommendations for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in accident/incident investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver EHS training, including instructor-led sessions.
- Participate in regulatory agency and external customer inspections; follow up on findings.
- Interface with employee-based safety committees, senior management, and other functional support groups to address safety concerns.
- Implement EHS management systems, sector-level programs, and associated documentation to proactively eliminate or reduce workplace hazards.
- Support site environmental compliance and sustainability programs as needed.
Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of occupational health and safety or related experience OR
- Master’s Degree and 3 years of related experience
Experience - A minimum of 5 years (with Bachelor's) or 3 years (with Master's) in occupational health and safety or related field
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in environmental health or occupational safety
- Previous experience in DoD, Military, or Aerospace facilities
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all documentation and project deliverables
- Ability to solve complex problems by actively seeking information and new ideas from a variety of sources
