InfraHire is looking for a Embroidery Machine Operator in Raleigh, NC.
Job Description:
Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce embroidered items on a range of materials, with a primary focus on hats .
Perform routine upkeep and basic troubleshooting, ensuring proper handling of tools, threads, needles, hoops, and supplies.
Complete in-process and final quality checks to confirm stitching, placement, and overall finish meet company standards.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe to support efficient production and compliance with safety practices.
Work closely with the production team to hit daily output and turnaround goals.
Physical Requirements
Perform fast, repetitive hand/arm motions for extended periods.
Work safely around sharp tools, industrial equipment, and occasional steam/heat.
Maintain close visual focus for detailed, precision work.
Tolerate a moderate-noise environment and wear required PPE.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs .
Regularly squat, kneel, bend, twist, reach, and work overhead as needed.
Sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
