• Commercial embroidery
• DTF shirt printing
• Wide-format printing
• Custom products for individuals and businesses

We pride ourselves on quality, precision, and fast production . We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator / Helper to join our team and grow with us.

Position Summary:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator / Production Helper, you will assist in running our Ricoma embroidery machines, help with production tasks, and support order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and experienced with embroidery production.

Key Responsibilities:

Embroidery Machine Operation:

• Operate, set up, and run Ricoma embroidery machines.
• Load designs using Chroma (experience a plus).
• Hooping garments, threading machines, prepping stabilizers, and monitoring production.
• Load/unload garments and ensure smooth workflow.

Quality Control & Finishing:

• Inspect embroidered items for accuracy and quality.
• Trim threads, correct minor issues, and prepare finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area.

Production & Warehouse Assistance:

• Assist in picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Help with inventory counts and restocking supplies.
• Support general warehouse functions as needed.

Machine Maintenance:

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on Ricoma machines.
• Help ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Team Support & Customer Order Processing:

• Assist with order accuracy and customer inquiries across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain fast, efficient production.
• Flexible to help with embroidery, DTF, printing, and warehouse tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience operating commercial embroidery machines (Ricoma preferred).
• Digitizing: Chroma experience is a plus, but all work must be done in-house
• No remote digitizers will be considered.
• Warehouse Skills: Knowledge of picking, packing, and inventory (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Understanding of embroidery production, DTF workflow, or print shop experience.
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the day.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and pride in producing high-quality products.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with team members.
• Team-Oriented: Works well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Availability: Open to overtime or weekends during busy seasons.
