Customer Service Representative


FedTec is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who will support the Housing Choice Voucher Program by handling customer interaction.



Location : Richmond, VA

Job Type : Contract

Responsibilities :

• Respond to phone calls and email requests on a daily basis
• Maintain customer service records
• Resolve customer complaints, provide resources to customers
• Provide the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department

Qualifications :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
• Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
• Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
• Computer literacy
• Experience working in a customer service environment is required
