Department: Sales Operations / Administrative Support
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, including weekends)
Reports To: Sales Support Manager / Admin Lead
Language: Bilingual – English & Spanish (written/spoken)
We’re looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our sales, telemarketing, and confirmation teams. This role handles lead assignments, data tracking, reporting, and internal communication—ensuring smooth, compliant operations across departments.
Assign leads and update appointment records
Generate and review production and compliance reports
Handle internal communication (chat, email, meetings)
Maintain accurate data entry and digital filing
Monitor daily activity and flag irregularities
Support system troubleshooting with team leads
Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficient in Google Workspace , Microsoft Office
CRM experience a plus
Positive, solutions-focused mindset
