Overview House Ford/CDJR are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will engage with customers both in-person and through various sales channels, ensuring that their needs are met while effectively managing the sales pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Conduct high-end sales presentations and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain an organized inventory control system and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract new customers.
  • Leverage public speaking skills to present vehicles at dealership events or community functions.
  • Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or automobile sales environments.
  • Familiarity with retail math and inventory management principles is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Background in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and upselling techniques.
  • Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
