Life as an R&D Co-Op:
The R&D Co-Op program offers students practical, hands-on experience, along with coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Each Co-Op will be assigned to a specific function and project for the duration of a six-month term, typically from January 2026 to June 2026.
