Job Description

We are seeking All-Inclusive Resort Planners to specialize in luxury and family resort vacations. From tropical getaways to romantic escapes, you’ll help clients find the perfect package that includes accommodations, dining, and entertainment.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, and other resort destinations. You’ll work remotely with flexible hours and access to supplier training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to recommend all-inclusive resort packages

  • Handle reservations including flights, transfers, and excursions

  • Provide destination expertise and insider recommendations

  • Stay current with resort promotions and updates

  • Assist with special occasion travel such as honeymoons or anniversaries

  • Provide outstanding client service before, during, and after the trip

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in USA, UK, Latin America, Australia, or Mexico

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Passion for resorts, beaches, and tropical destinations

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

  • Previous hospitality or sales experience is a plus
